What is a Last Will and Testament?

Many South Africans don’t realise how important a Last Will and Testament really is. It’s one of the most crucial documents you can have, yet many people put it off. If you're over 18 and have savings, investments, property or dependants, it's wise to have a Will. If you don’t, South African law will decide how your estate is managed – and that might not reflect your wishes.
